This was my first treatment with Alta Pest Control. Brian was polite and professional! He took his time and treated my entire yard. He communicated with me about the different processes he was doing. I appreciated his communication and thoroughness!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Just started using Alta about 2 months ago and had our 1st inspection done 3/26/2026 with Matt expressing no concerns for termites….I came home from work 4/18/2026 to thousands if not more termites spilling out of my living room ceiling. Not sure how it’s possible something like this could be missed in an inspection for pests…My children and wife were horrified and immediately left to stay with my mother. I however hoping and trusting this company to do the right thing stayed home on the phone for over two hours trying to get someone out here. After two hours on the phone with Ben he GUARANTEE’s to call me back with an update as soon as possible. Well again they don’t hold up to values they claim to have and I never receive a call back so I’m left to find a solution myself. Needless to say I canceled their service, ate the $400 cancellation fee (it was worth that much just to not deal with these people anymore) and found a legitimate pest control company. If you use Alta best of luck to you.
Love the professional look and service! I like the fact they clean the areas where spider webs, nets wasps build there nests around the corners of the house. I will have to come back & leave a review regarding the product if it works or not?.
