I’ve been going to this business establishment for about four years now , but I won’t be going back because there is one female employee who weighs all the metals at the front entrance was so racist towards me , after I told her I only speaks English and did not understand her when she ask for my ID card. Eventually she spoke in English and I gave her my ID. But she was still hostile towards me . She brought out a piece of paper and said I must give her my phone number which I declined knowing Ive been going here for so long and this was unusual, I also observed that she never ask the person in front of me for his phone number. at the cashier they have all my information but she was just unprofessional and malicious. I told her just give me back my id and I will leave because I’m not gonna argue today however she told me that she would call the police on me and they can find me base on my vehicle tag. Not sure if she thinks or assuming that my scrap are stolen which is not. I work in the hvac field and don’t need to steal . Because of her and the disrespect I will not do business with them anymore .
Great customer service, very professional and the workers were helpful, honest, and assisted me throughout the process. I highly recommend Allied for all your scrap metal needs!
This very nice gentleman inspecting our metal helped my husband and I unload our car. All of the associates were very nice and respectful to us. They gave us a fair price. Will definitely go back to Allied next time.
In-N-Out on a Saturday, I arrived at 1:30 weighed out dropped off steel weighed out dropped aluminum and copper, left before 2:00 with 82 dollars
The people who work here are very shady. They tried to take advantage of the fact that I was younger and thought I would just go with it. I was very clear when I said I had steal, dirty aluminum and a a lot of clean aluminum/copper and radiators. I dumped my steel weighed off and asked were to go for aluminum and copper as it was my first time at this scrap yard. Two different workers tried to tell me to just throw it in with the steel!!! CLEAN copper and aluminum over 25 truck radiators 8 or 9 aluminum rims !!! I’ll just wait and until garden street is open this week and get paid. I tried to give this place a chance but it’s horrible.
